Rental terms

1. General

These terms apply to the vehicle rental agreement between Drive Plus OÜ (“DRIVE+”) and the customer. By confirming a booking the customer accepts these terms.

2. Driver and documents

The driver must have held a valid driving licence for at least 1 year and be at least the age shown on the car page. At pickup the driver presents the licence, an ID document and a credit card in their name.

3. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once the customer receives a booking number. The rental fee is paid at pickup. Prices include VAT.

4. Cancellation

The customer may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. For later cancellations or no-shows DRIVE+ may charge one day's rental.

5. Security deposit

At pickup the deposit shown on the car page is held on the credit card and released after the car is returned in proper condition.

6. Insurance and liability

Comprehensive and third-party insurance are included. In case of damage the customer is liable up to the excess, which can be reduced to zero with full insurance. Insurance does not apply to driving under the influence, intentional damage or breach of contract.

7. Use of the car

The car may not be used for racing, paid passenger transport or travel outside Estonia without the cross-border extra. Smoking and transporting pets without a carrier are prohibited.

8. Fuel and charging

The car is handed over with a full tank and must be returned full. EVs are handed over at least 90% charged; charging is billed at cost.

9. Return

The car is returned at the agreed time and place. Up to 59 minutes late is free; longer delays are charged as an extra day.

10. Disputes

Estonian law applies. Disputes are settled by negotiation, failing that in Harju County Court. Consumers may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
