2. Data we collect

Name, email, phone, address, driver age, booking details and, if you create an account, a password hash. We only process your licence number if you add it to your profile.

3. Why we use it

To conclude and perform the rental agreement, send booking confirmations, provide support and meet legal obligations (accounting). We only send marketing emails with your consent.

4. How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for 7 years under accounting law. When you delete your account we remove personal data the law does not require us to keep.

5. Who we share it with

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. We only share it with partners needed to run the service (e.g. hosting and email) and with authorities where required by law.

6. Cookies

We only use a strictly necessary session cookie (login, booking draft, security). We use no analytics or advertising cookies, so no cookie banner is needed.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct and request deletion of your data and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate. You can delete your account yourself under “Settings”.
